01 The short version

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type into a calculator are never sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere outside your own device. This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and shows ads through Google AdSense; both use cookies, as detailed below.

02 Information we collect

We don't collect names, emails, or account information, because there are no accounts, and no forms on this site submit data anywhere. We store one local preference ourselves:

• Theme choice (light or dark mode), saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered the next time you visit. This value never leaves your device.

Google, through Analytics and AdSense, collects additional information as described in the sections below — this includes things like the pages you visit, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at this site.

03 Cookies, analytics & advertising

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and general location and device information. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this and may combine this data with information from other sites and services.

This site also uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Google may use this data for personalized advertising, subject to your settings at Google Ad Settings.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and opt out of personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block these cookies entirely through your browser's privacy settings.

Separately, your theme preference is stored using your browser's localStorage, which is different from a cookie — it isn't transmitted to any server and can be cleared any time from your browser's settings.

04 Third-party services

This site uses three third-party services:

• Google Fonts — loading a font from Google's servers means your browser requests fonts.googleapis.com, which may see your IP address as part of that request.
• Google Analytics — measures site traffic and usage, as described in the section above. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Google AdSense — serves the ads on this site and may collect data as described in the section above. See Google's advertising policy for details.

05 Children's privacy

This site is a general-purpose calculator tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Ads shown on this site are not configured to target children.

06 Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature needed to store more than a theme preference — this page will be updated and the date at the top will reflect the change.
